Anja grew up in Germany, where she developed an early appreciation for the healing power of nature and herbs. In her 30s, this passion led her to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy)—a calling she feels deeply grateful for.
Anja offers personalised, holistic consultations using nutrition, lifestyle support, herbal medicine, and Bush Flower essences to help clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
As a mother of five, she has a special passion for supporting the health of children and families.

Initial Consults are needed when we first meet as this gives us ample time to dive into your health concerns. This type of appointment is also appropriate if it has been longer than six months since your consult

Extended return consultations are provided when discussing test results in depth

This type of consult allows us to check in with you, support you with your current treatment plan, help you to navigate any road blocks and tweak our treatment plan if needed
